Dear Hotel Management, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my sincere concern regarding the disturbances I experienced during my recent stay at the Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore. As a loyal patron of your esteemed establishment, I have always held the highest regard for the exceptional service and comfort provided by your team. However, regrettably, my recent experience fell short of the standards I have come to expect. During my stay from April 21st - April 26th 2024 , I encountered significant disruptions even after 10pm due to ongoing construction work taking place directly above my room and along complete floor level 6 . The incessant banging and drilling noises persisted throughout the duration of my stay, severely impacting my ability to rest and enjoy the luxurious amenities your hotel has to offer. Despite bringing this matter to the attention of your staff management and politely requesting a resolution, I was merely advised to utilize earplugs as a means to mitigate the disturbance. As a guest paying [$800] per night for a total of five nights, amounting to [$4000] in total, I believe it is reasonable to expect a peaceful and undisturbed environment conducive to relaxation and rejuvenation. I understand that unforeseen circumstances such as maintenance and renovation are sometimes necessary, but the lack of proactive measures to minimise the inconvenience for guests is disheartening. Please be open honest & transparent with loyal guests particularly when they are paying a premium. Sounded like building site most day and was told put ear plugs in ?? You serious that’s biggest insult ever !! Food for thought! Warm regards,

What a great hotel. Fabulous service, awesome views and location. There are a number of highlights from our family trip. 1. The rooms with a bay view are perfect to unwind after a long haul flight. The bed is super comfortable and the views over the bay were fantastic. We had interconnected rooms as we were travelling with 12 13 year old boys. Access to the pool was also great and it’s great to have a dip after a long flight. 2. The breakfast buffet is the best we’ve experienced anywhere. Quality, variety and freshness of the food was outstanding. Coupled with the ambiance of the room and attention to detail from the staff, made breakfast a really enjoyable experience. 3. The staff and their attention to detail was first class. Polite, knowledgeable and attentive all delivered with a genuine smile in interest. We genuinely didn’t want to check out…. and will definitely return.

The first thing you notice is that is smells amazing inside. We had club lounge access which had great breakfast and the friendliest staff making eggs in the morning. Drinks for happy hour and end of the night plus loads of snacks all the time. Slept well each night on a comfy king bed. Location is great, easy walk to Marina Bay, busy bus stop, and metro. There is a new higher end version of a hawker center nearby. Great pool but poolside service was slow, 15-20 minutes to get a cocktail. Excellent spa. They let us use the shower there while waiting for check-in. The Colony buffet was an eating highlight and worth a visit. My one complaint was I asked for a suit to be pressed, but they dry cleaned it instead and charged me for it. I don’t like paying for things I didn’t ask for but didn’t want to waste time arguing about it.

Saw online that the best facial and spa in SG is the Ritz Carlton Spa. Gave it a try and the ambience, the mood was fantastic. Mia and Ann were our masseuse and they were amazing. Keep making sure we felt comfortable and kept adjusting to our needs and wants. Afterwards, provide us tea and some champaign as it was my anniversary with my partner. I do recommend leaving extra time in your schedule to enjoy their facilities !!
